Jack at Carousel Park in Joplin, MO
Our poor little guy has been struggling with a sinus infection, but since I am a horrible mother and will do anything for great pictures, of course that did not stop us from putting Jack on a carousel on the windiest day in history. (Well, maybe not in history, but still pretty windy). Jack was not as thrilled as I expected him to be. (I personally think he was a little creeped out by the horse). Have you heard of Carousel Park? It was so cute! Just like a permanent little midway, right in town. Great for pictures. I would definitely go again, with or without Jack.

Cute!!!! I’m a terrible mom, too. Aaron loves dinosaurs so we took all the kids to eat the the T-Rex resturant in KC when we went to Children’s Mercy with the baby yesterday. I opened the door, Aaron saw the T-Rex, screamed and started to cry. Finally calmed him down picked him up and held his head on my shoulder and they put us in the Ocean Room. I asked Aaron later if he had a good time and he said, “Not really. It freaked me out.”
